Running a radiotherapy clinic requires seamless communication and flawless coordination between many units from patient registration to treatment.

Created by Dr Beste M Atasoy and Dr Ozan Kocakaya of Marmara University Medical School this application offers a novel solution for communication within a RT clinic.

How it works?
Radiotherapy Clinic is fully customizable including available treatment modalities, number and type of each treatment and respective simulation units. You can customize timetables for each simulation unit as well as treatment modalities.

As patients are managed at each step towards treatment members of the next team are notified about a waiting patient which decreases waiting times and optimizes resource allocation as well as boosting patient satisfaction. As patiens advance from Indication to Simulation, onwards through planning, QA and Therapy all durations spent at each step is recorded and documented for further performance assessments.

Every member of the team may follow schedules of each treatment modality with automated reminders and push notifications while patients can follow up their own treatment program and be notified should an unexpected change in schedule occurs via a free companion app.
